Venice Mosaic Art operates as a bespoke marble mosaic design and production studio, working internationally with architects, designers, developers, and private clients. All services and products are provided on a custom-made basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Scope of Services
Venice Mosaic Art provides:
- Custom marble mosaic design services
- Handcrafted and technical mosaic production
- Project-based consultation and coordination
- International shipping and logistics support
All mosaic works are produced specifically for each project and are not mass-produced or stocked items.
3. Custom Design & Approval Process
All projects are custom-designed according to client specifications.
Before production begins:
- Design drawings, layouts, or visual references are shared for approval
- Final approval must be provided in writing (email confirmation is sufficient)
Once a design is approved and production has started:
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible
- Any requested modifications after approval may result in additional costs and extended timelines
4. Pricing & Quotations
All quotations provided by Venice Mosaic Art:
- Are project-specific and non-binding until confirmed in writing
- Are valid for a limited period stated in the quotation
- May be subject to change due to material availability, currency fluctuations, or scope changes
Prices typically exclude:
- Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees
- Installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing
5. Payment Terms
Production generally begins after receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, as specified in the quotation.
Accepted payment terms and methods are communicated individually per project.
Failure to complete payment according to agreed terms may result in:
- Suspension of production
- Delays in delivery
- Cancellation of the project without liability to Venice Mosaic Art
6. Production & Lead Times
All lead times are estimates based on:
- Design complexity
- Production method
- Material availability
- Project scale
Venice Mosaic Art is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Force majeure events
- Customs clearance processes
- Shipping or courier delays beyond our control
- Delays caused by late approvals or changes requested by the client
7. Shipping & Delivery
Venice Mosaic Art ships internationally using third-party logistics providers.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Risk of damage transfers to the client upon dispatch
- Shipping insurance may be arranged upon request
Clients are responsible for:
- Inspecting shipments upon arrival
- Reporting visible damage to the carrier immediately
- Notifying Venice Mosaic Art of any issues within a reasonable timeframe
8. Installation Responsibility
Venice Mosaic Art does not provide installation services unless explicitly stated in writing.
Installation must be performed by:
- Qualified professionals
- Experienced mosaic or stone installers
Venice Mosaic Art is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Substrate preparation issues
- Installation-related damage or aesthetic results
9. Natural Material Variations
Marble and natural stone are inherently variable materials.
Clients acknowledge that:
- Color, veining, and texture variations are natural characteristics
- Minor differences from samples, drawings, or visual references are normal
- Such variations do not constitute defects
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and visual materials created by Venice Mosaic Art remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not:
- Reproduce designs without permission
- Share designs with third parties for production
- Use designs for purposes beyond the agreed project scope
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our work:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Deposits are non-refundable after design approval
- Refunds are not available for completed or in-progress custom work
12. Limitation of Liability
Venice Mosaic Art shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, project delays, or installation costs
- Damages arising from misuse or improper installation
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the supplied goods or services.
13. Third-Party Production Partners
For certain projects, Venice Mosaic Art collaborates with selected international production partners under direct supervision and quality standards.
Venice Mosaic Art remains responsible for design coordination and quality oversight but is not liable for delays or issues beyond reasonable control within third-party logistics or manufacturing processes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
