Simply select your mosaic picture or design at first. Then if it is large design for sample size you want just indicate which part of picture you need in the sample. Lets Say, if you select a rug mosaic design which is 1 square meter (10.76sq.ft.) then you need to divide the 1 square meter into around 45 pieces and just indicate which part of it you want as sample.
